Can rings be resized?

The size of finished rings can not be made smaller, only larger by 1/2 - 1 size in most cases. If you would like me to upsize ring, please let me know and I would be happy to personalize it for no additional charge. MADE TO ORDER rings are available in every size from 3-13 or higher. 1/4 & 3/4 sizes are available upon request.

What is FORDITE?

Fordite (or Detroit Agate) is not a stone at all. It is a brilliant way to repurpose the decades of paint drips collected at auto factories. Lapidary artists collect chunks of baked paint then cut it with lapidary equipment, just like a stone, into a sustainable product. I purchase chunks of paint then cut and shape them by hand to make into jewelry.

Is your jewelry handmade?

All jewelry is made from Sterling Silver and cut, hammered, stamped, filed, shaped, soldered, buffed and polished by my own hands. I do all cutting, shaping and polishing of Fordite using hand tools, as well.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Sterling Silver will naturally tarnish into shades of grey the more it is exposed to air, especially humidity. It is safe to clean all of this jewelry with a silver polishing cloth like Connoisseurs Jewelry Wipes.

Do you do custom orders?

Custom orders are currently CLOSED.

Return Policy:

🚀Returns or exchanges are accepted WITHIN 14 DAYS of the purchase date, only if the item is in the originally purchased condition and has not been damaged. Any refund will be for purchase amount only, not any shipping charges.

🚀Any ring that has been specifically sized will not be refunded. Custom orders are not refundable.

🚀Gift Cards are not able to be refunded.

🚀SRJ will not be held responsible for incorrect information input upon purchase. Please, double check all name and address info for shipping.

🚀SRJ is not responsible for broken packages due to USPS mishandling. All packages are sent First Class with a tracking number. Items over $100 are sent with insurance.

🚀SRJ will not offer exchanges or repairs due to negligence of items once they are in customer’s possession. For example but not limited to: children, pets, stepped on, run over, etc.
